What we collect

HighCapDeals records basic click data when you follow a deal link to a dealer: the deal ID, dealer ID, product UPC, a hashed version of your IP address and user agent, and the referring URL if your browser provides one. We do not store your actual IP address or user agent in readable form — only a one-way hash used to estimate unique visitors.

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Google may place cookies to track visitor behavior across sessions. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we do not do

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not share click data with any third party except the dealer you clicked through to (via the affiliate network).
• We do not collect payment information. All payments are handled directly by the dealer.

Cookies

HighCapDeals itself does not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party scripts (Google Analytics) may set their own cookies. You can clear these via your browser settings at any time.
