How offers are ranked
HighCapDeals ranks in stock offers by effective price, lowest first. Paid dealer plans do not move an offer above a lower priced offer. On an exact price tie, Featured Dealer offers rank ahead of Pro Dealer offers, and Pro Dealer offers rank ahead of Dealer and free affiliate offers.
